HubSpot’s csrf.app cookie is linked to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection. CSRF is a vulnerability an attacker can use to mislead a user’s browser to send unwanted requests to another site where the user is authenticated.

Used to temporarily save user information.

hs_ab_test
This cookie is used to consistently serve visitors the same version of an A/B test page they’ve seen before.
It contains the id of the A/B test page and the id of the variation that was chosen for the visitor.
It expires at the end of the session.

hs_login_email
This cookie is used by HubSpot to save the email address of a user who is logged in. This is mainly relevant for internal HubSpot applications and integrations.

hs_login_metadata
Metadata for HubSpot login functionality to optimise the login process.

hs-messages-is-open
This cookie is used to determine and save whether the chat widget is open for future visits.
It is set in your visitor's browser when they start a new chat, and resets to re-close the widget after 30 minutes of inactivity.
If your visitor manually closes the chat widget, it will prevent the widget from re-opening on subsequent page loads in that browser session for 30 minutes.
It contains a boolean value of True if present.
It expires in 30 minutes.

This cookie is used to prevent the chat widget welcome message from appearing again for one day after it is dismissed.
It contains a boolean value of True or False.
It expires in one day.

__hsmem
This cookie is set when visitors log in to a HubSpot-hosted site.
It contains encrypted data that identifies the membership user when they are currently logged in.
It expires in seven days.

hs-membership-csrf
This cookie is used to ensure that content membership logins cannot be forged.
It contains a random string of letters and numbers used to verify that a membership login is authentic.
It expires at the end of the session.

hs.superstore.laboratory.<id>
It contains an offline cache of cohorts that a user got assigned for HubSpot Product experiments.
It doesn't contain personal identifiable information or information that can identify your device or hardware
HubSpot experiments are anonymous and aren't attached to user sessions. However, if tracking consent is given, specific experiments might be tied to identifiable user sessions.
The individual contents of this storage entry expire automatically upon specific dates determined by HubSpot Product. Often, these are 48 hours.

Limited analytical cookies

With limited analytical cookies, ONVZ Private Health Services collects information about the use of our website, such as which pages you visit, how long you spend on the website, which device or browser you use to visit us, and whether any errors occur (such as links not working). We only use this information to analyze and improve our website. This involves processing personal data, such as a (partially) masked IP address and device data. ONVZ Private Health Services uses Hubsot Analytics with IP anonymization enabled for this purpose and we do not share this data with other parties. We also do not use this information for marketing purposes.

This is used to determine if HubSpot should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie.
It contains the domain, viewCount (increments each pageView in a session), and session start timestamp.
It expires in 30 minutes.

Whenever HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set to determine if the visitor has restarted their browser.
If this cookie does not exist when HubSpot manages cookies, it is considered a new session.
It contains the value "1" when present.
It expires at the end of the session.

The main cookie for tracking visitors.
It contains the domain, hubspotutk, initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit), and session number (increments for each subsequent session).
It expires in 6 months.

Used by Snowplow to identify whether the user is in an active session on a site, or whether this is a new session for a user (i.e. the cookie doesn’t exist or has expired).

Used by Snowplow to save user information that is created when a user visits a site for the first time and is updated at each subsequent visit. It is used to identify users and to track the activity of users within a domain. This cookie saves a unique identification code for each user, a unique identification code for the user’s current session, the number of visits a user has made to the site, the time stamp of the user’s first visit, the time stamp of the previous visit and the time stamp of the current visit.

Miscellaneous cookies

ONVZ Private Health Services uses miscellaneous cookies to record your browsing behavior within and outside our websites. We use this data to: to enable video calling functions, to optimally display our website and to measure the performance of our website. To do this, ONVZ Private Health Services processes personal data such as IP address, unique IDs, device and browser information and click behavior. This data is shared with third parties such as: Hubspot, Zoom, Fontawesome and Firebase. These parties may combine your data with other information they have collected about you through their own platforms.
