News update on the Private Health Services pilot
We have implemented new changes to both the availability of our Private Health Advisors and the MyHealth account. There has also been a change to our payment terms. We will give you more information on these changes in this news update.
Updates for you
New telephone numbers
Our Private Health Advisors have new telephone numbers. These are 088 numbers that are fully integrated into our system. This makes telephone communication much easier now.
Payment and payment conditions for MyHealth
If you opt for a treatment or programme with a partner, we offer the option to book Comfort Services. This means your Private Health Advisor will take care of all sorts of administrative tasks for you, such as booking a hotel stay or a taxi service. From now on, it is possible to pay for these services directly via MyHealth*. This way, everything related to a treatment or appointment is sorted straight away.
MyHealth explanation tour upon login
When you log in to your MyHealth account for the first time, you will be taken through a brief explanation tour. You can choose to follow this if you would like to know more about what to find in your MyHealth account.
Now also available in English
Participants who have selected English as their preferred language will now see the content in MyHealth in English. They have also been notified about this. Would you also like to receive all information in English? Please contact your Private Health Advisor so we can change your language settings in our system.

In a few weeks we will offer you the opportunity to create a Health Plan. Our Private Health Advisors are being trained to work with you to assess your current health, set goals and support you in achieving them.
